OPEN LETTER TO PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA

MR. PRESIDENT: I realize that I have been pretty hard on you in most of the other articles I have written. For that I will say, it is not that I dislike you personally, for the fact is I do not know you personally. I am sure that you have a wonderful sense of humor, and your a great father and husband. IN my humble cowpoke eyes those are three traits that are the mark of a good man. The following I am writing in no way reflects my opinion of you personally. As many successful business people will say, this is just business Mr. President.

Education: This is a topic that is or should be near and dear to your heart Mr. President. For this is a topic that affects you personally as it affects your daughters. My question would be this. Why will you not institute " School Vouchers " ? I mean if your daughters can attend a private school then why cannot the rest of Americas children attend a private school ? The scores by the Department of Education indicate that private school children score higher and it cost much less to educate them that it does in a failing public school system. The Catholic Church has published statistics that say it cost some 30% less to educate children through a Catholic school than it does in a public school. The SAT and ACT scores are higher, drug usage is less, crime is less and a much higher percentage of students go on to attend college than public school students do. The fact is that according to Constitutional scholars the Department of Education is actually in opposition to the 10th Amendment to the Constitution as it usurps States rights to handle their own affairs. Your Democratic predecessor President Carter created this monstrosity that is sucking some $150 plus Billion a year out of our budget, when it is in fact an illegal entity according to the Constitution. It has created a situation where a second tier bureaucrat in Washington D.C. tells the local community in South Dakota how to educate their children. This agency is actually nothing more than a way for Washington to indoctrinate our children. If you really love America get rid of this behemoth, save Hundreds of Billions a year , but I am sure you will not do that for the fact is, it would weaken the precious NEA and they of course donated millions to your 2008 campaign. So in fact, what is best for America is irrelevant if it affects you politically, right ? Never mind those 300 million American citizens. We understand Mr. President.

Domestic Policy: In this section of this letter, I do have several questions. Let's begin and I know some of these will no doubt anger you, but I believe your a bigger than that and can handle constructive questions and answers.

1. Why are you not supporting Governor Jan Brewer in Arizona ? You are fully aware that what is happening in Arizona is not only dangerous for American security, but Americans are actually being killed by this flood of illegal immigrants into Arizona. Not to mention the amounts of drugs being left on the streets of America. A Governor of one of your States publicly and privately request help and you do nothing. Oh, I know you sent a few hundred troops down, but they have been instructed to do nothing but paperwork. Paperwork for what ? Paperwork on your lawsuit you had Eric Holder file against the State that you swore to protect and defend ? The fact is Mr. President, your doing this to allow as many illegals to come into America as you can, then you will grant them Amnesty and allow them to vote in the next election. Again, more sleazy politics and corruption at the highest level. And you say, I love America, REALLY ? Actions like this are the displaying actions of someone that loves America. You should be supporting Jan Brewer and sending her whatever she ask for and doing pretty much whatever she ask. Just as you should for Rick Perry in Texas. What your doing is reprehensible Mr. President.
2. Wisconsin: Mr. President, in my 53 years I have never known a President to come out in the press against a Governor regarding their governing of his or her State. For your information, what this Governor is doing is legal and all he is trying to do is to balance his budget. Oh, wait, we have that pesky Union again. That pesky AFL-CIO, SEIU and of course the beloved NEA. These are the same guys that gave you nearly $100,000,000.00 of their members hard earned money in that last election. The Governor has stated he has nothing to bargain with and you call him a Union Buster. NO, all he is doing is saying that the State will no longer be involved in the collection of Union dues for these corrupt Union bosses. He is saying and writing into law, that if a Union member wants to be a member then fine, but he or she has to write a check for their Union dues and the State of Wisconsin will not with-hold their dues from the paycheck. I know you say, but Ken, these Teachers and State Employees will not pay that $1000.00 a year in Union dues and enrollment will drop. Imagine that, some employees will actually have a choice now in whether they want to donate to your campaign. My advice to you Sir, stay out of local politics ! Do you not have enough to worry about ? Do you not a have a hoops game with the Secret Service detail ? I bet they cannot wait to get you back on the court. Go play and stay out of Governor Scott's business. Your goons are not helping and all they have done is get a bunch of blue collar middle class people laid off.
3. Stimulus, Spending, Debt, Deficits and our Future: The Congressional Budget Office has now come out as of Friday February 25, 2011 and announced that each of the jobs you claim your stimulus created only cost the government a little over $500,000.00 each. But to be fare, they also said that was on the high side, some could have only cost as little as $250,000.00 each. Mr. President I do not want to rain on your parade, BUT ! Why did you not listen to the economic experts that you called in to assist you with " rebuilding " our economy ? You had the NOBEL prize winner from Princeton University sitting in your office. This fellow is the DEAN of ECONOMICS from this prestigious University and you would not listen to him. WHY ? Why not listen to a man that is world renowned for his economic expertise ? This guy is one of the most intelligent fellows on planet earth in the arena of economics and you refuse to take this fellows advice ? You have met with Industry leaders and multi-billionaires such as Warren Buffet and you refuse to take any of their advice. Can you explain your logic to me ? Can you tell America why in God's name, you have driven our debt through the ceiling when you had the most brilliant minds in the country sitting in your Oval Office, advising you on how to proceed and you do the exact opposite of what they suggested ? PLEASE TELL US MR. PRESIDENT, WE ARE ALL EARS NOW ! Please explain to us why you have spent some $250k-500K for each job created, when you did not have to spend any of our money and simply give tax credits to business for hiring and expanding their businesses. When you did this stimulus, our national unemployment rate was in fact 8.2% with an effective rate of 14-15%. Now it is over 9% with an under-employment or unemployment rate of some 18-19%. This figure does in fact come from Government agencies. Are you now convinced that KEYNESIAN ECONOMICS does not work ? The UBER-LIBERAL economics of Marxism, are you now willing to turn your back on this, and head off in the direction of proven economic policies from John F. Kennedy and Ronald R. Reagan? Which by the way, both worked !
4. Foreign Policy: Obviously Mr. President I could have kept going for another 18 paragraphs on Debt and Deficits, but I thought the last question regarding your hero President Kennedy and of course the Gipper should say it all. Cut spending, cut taxes and let the American people do the job, should be proof enough that your ideology is enough. Now onto the burning of the world. Sir: Knowing what your own CIA reports said regarding the resurgence of the " Muslim Brotherhood " in the Middle East, why did you come out in support of the protesters in Egypt not yet knowing whom was behind them after you had sold $2,000,000,000.00 worth of ARMS to Hosni Mubarak ? In other words if Mubarak was that bad, why are you selling him weapons ? Knowing Sir, what the gravity of the Suez Canal's importance is, why are you supporting protesters in the face of such risk ? Another question Sir, YOU came out against Hosni Mubarak as a tyrant and an Autocratic Dictator but students and protesters are dying in Tehran, why have you not called out the Dictator of Iran ? Why are you afraid to mention him by name or Qaddafi (multiple spellings ) ? Thousands are dying in Libya why have you not come out in stronger support of these protesters ? What is America doing to show support for the Royal Family in the face of such occurrences in Jordon or Saudi Arabia ? Another question Sir, why does Saudi Arabia not pay for our military protection ?
5. DRILL BABY DRILL ! THIS WAS THE CAMPAIGN MANTRA of Sarah Palin and most of America. Why are we not drilling in the face of $150-200 a barrel oil ? It was $140 a barrel oil that crushed the American economy back in 2008. Does this dramatic rise in the price of oil fit into your " Progressive Agenda " that you have ? I do remember you saying in a speech back in 08 that you would like to see $8 a gallon gasoline, was this said just to appease the " tree huggers" or was this an actual belief on your part ? Why have you not opened up the Gulf of Mexico again to drilling ? What was done with all the money that BP Oil Company paid to the United States ? The folks along the Gulf are still hurting and their has been precious relief sent to them. The money that you blackmailed BP for has obviously dramatically affected them as they had to sell off parts of the company to Russia. Are you going to do this to every company that has an accident ? Are you going to extort them all for Billions to add to a slush fund for the Democratic Party ?
6. Unions: Mr. President, why do you allow the Unions to NOT participate in the forced Obamacare Health Plan ? Is it because of the $100,000,000.00 the Unions paid your campaign. Followup question. If this is true, what happened to the mantra that Democrats have and preach ? What about fareness Mr. President ? This is obvious blatant bias to me. You punish the average MOM & POP owned businesses, for they are forced to either pay for employees insurance or pay fines, but the Unions do not. Is this fare ? I could be wrong but Mr. President, this seems very hypocritical to me Sir.

Mr. President, You constantly say " We must make the rich pay their fare share ". I have a rather dumb question. Who is richer than Saudi Arabia ? Who is richer than Japan or South Korea ? Who is richer than Germany ? We are running deficits annually in this country of somewhere approaching or maybe exceeding $1 trillion dollars. Why cannot we send bills to these countries for say $100 billion to 200 billion a year for military protection ? Let's be real, South Korea is now exporting to America an astronomical amount of goods and becoming super rich off the backs of Americans. We pay an enormous amount of money to supply them with military protection from North Korea ? Tell me why we should not be charging these countries that we protect ?

Mr. President, in conclusion, it is my belief that if you truly love America you need to do a couple of things. One " STAY OUT OF STATES BUSINESS " except when the Governors request your assistance. Two: Allow the input of the economic experts and utilize it. Use it, these guys know what their talking about, it is now obvious that your Socialist ways and ideology doesn't work in America. When your term is up, you can always run for President of Kenya and probably be elected, then they will cherish your ideology. Listen to your Generals and do what they say. They have 30 plus years experience in the military and you do not. Let them win wars. If your going to send our brave boys and girls to war, then by God let them win ! Stop playing politics with our military. Another suggestion, if you want a prayer of being re-elected, you had better throw Andy Stern and his goons out of the Oval Office. What and the hell are you doing allowing Mafia into the Oval Office ? These guys are nothing short of liars, cheats, thieves, organized criminals and slugs and your allowing them in the Oval Office ?

Tell you what Sir, probably as messed up as your term is, it might be best for America if you just resign and allow Biden to have a crack at this. It is now obvious your way in over your head and your destroying my beloved country that I fought for and served. Do us all a favor, just go play hoops and draw your retirement check. I will gladly pay it or pay part of it. I would bet there are a whole lot that feel like I do..
