OBAMA A TREASONIST ?

 I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Allow me to first state that I am NOT an Attorney nor am I a Supreme Court Justice. What I am however, is a Veteran of our United States Military, a devout Christian, husband, father and am very loyal to my nation.

As I sat this morning watching an interview with Sheriff Paul Babau of PInal County Arizona, I was stunned at what I heard. Remember the huge riots in Phoenix last year? Remember the Governor of Arizona being blasted for her stance on the bill that she signed last year, regarding an Officer of the law being able to inquire as to what country your a national of and asking for Identification if he suspected you were not an American? Governor Brewer was castigated for signing into law a bill by not only illegal immigrants in America, she was blasted by the White House, California, New York and many, many others. She rapidly became the most hated woman in America, with the exception of the residents of the State that she serves. For the record, she was just re-elected with an overwhelming percentage of the voters. It wasn't long after that a couple were jet skiing on a lake on the border of Mexico and Texas. The husband being on one jet ski and the wife on another. The wife witnessed her husband being gunned down by drug runners as she ran for her life as well. Thus Texas entered the fray with Governor Rick Perry screaming " Help " from the mountain tops. Sheriff's Deputies have been gunned down, homes have been broken into, Juarez (across from El Paso) is a war zone with innocent civilians being murdered at rates that are from a Sci-Fi novel. Try 12,000 last year alone. Illegals stream into this country by the hundreds on a daily basis, and yes we know because we watch them on hidden video camera's mounted in the deserts around Southern Arizona. One would have to say, " go pick them up then " , but the reality is, Arizona simply doesn't have the manpower to do it. The Federal Government has so hamstrung them, that they have to keep them rather than send most back.

At the top of this piece you will notice that I wrote the " OATH " of Office that the President takes when inaugurated. In the second sentence of this sacred oath, the Presidents swears to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. I am going to run off on a tangent for a moment, so forgive me for a bit. I am not going to head off into to much legal here as I told you I am not a Constitutional scholar, BUT. States are being forced to bring suit against the Federal Government for a litany of reasons. They are suing for the " Health Care " debacle, they are having to sue for protection from the Federal Government infringing on their rights. And yes, so far all the Federal Judges that have heard these cases have sided with the States. The fact is this President is trampling all over that document that he swore to protect, preserve and defend. Mind you, we have not even gone into Czar land yet.

In my years in America,  which is becoming quite lengthy, I have never known nor seen a President that so flagrantly disregarded the Constitution as this President does. It almost seems as if he comes up with an idea and someone close to him says " Uh, Mr. President that is ", and before he or she can finish the sentence, the President says I don't care, let's try it anyway. And it's off to the races. Alright, enough of the tangent for the moment, I will get back to all this shortly.

Somewhere over the rainbow in the Constitution it discusses the President's job duties. One of those duties is to " protect and provide" for the defense, because one of the President's most prized job titles is The Commander and Chief of the Armed forces. Tangent again for just a moment. Ever hear of Hezbollah? These guys just love Israel. These are the folks that loved them so much they sent rockets raining down on Tel Aviv, Bethlehem and many other cities in Israel. These guys are ranked as the (yes they even rank you now in your ability to kill) number one terrorist outfit on the planet. Our friendly neighborhood terrorist organization Hezbollah is now in Mexico training Mexicans to carry the water so to speak for them against America. Yes, the CIA said that, not Ken. Let me say it again in bold ink.  HEZBOLLAH IS NOW IN MEXICO TRAINING MEXICANS TO CARRY OUT TERRORIST ATTACKS AGAINST THE UNITED STATES ACCORDING TO THE FBI AND CIA. Yep it is true ! And our border is more porous than the Titanic. I suppose it is profiling to ask the President to please stop all brown skinned folks carrying rocket launchers that are walking in the desert to please stop and turn around.

MY COWBOY VERSION OF A CONSTITUTIONAL ARGUMENT

Here we go boys and girls.   Iran has nearly completed nuclear weapons production and sworn the destruction of Israel the minute it can do so. And our President does nothing.  Our borders are leaking as I said worse than the Titanic did and we have zero idea of whom, what, when and where all the characters are or where there headed. And the President still does nothing.  The illegal transients are murdering our citizens and law enforcement officers and nothing is being done. The States are overloaded and cannot handle a war to protect our homeland. The President is using CZARS to implement law and regulations that are suppose to proceed through Congress and be passed there prior to becoming law. The President is forcing laws through Congress with the Congressmen not being able to even read them. The President is spending us into debt so deep that we will probably never be able to get out from under. The bottom line is this.

If you are sworn to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, I would like to know in the above, where he is doing this? He is very obviously flaunting his duty to protect the homeland. He knows, the Homeland Secretary knows, hell for that matter, everyone knows we are being swamped by illegal persons coming across that border between Mexico and America. Our national security is at stake from financial mismanagement ( according the Secretary of State ), and when you have Hezbollah training Mexicans to fight against the United States, how in God's name can you just sit back and do nothing? How can this be construed to be " preserving, protecting and defending" America? When you install Czars to usurp the Constitution and implement laws, how is that abiding by the Constitution? Yes, have you heard of Net Neutrality? This brings the Internet under the control of the FCC. Now he is monitoring and controlling " Freedom of the Press", that too is somewhere in the Constitution.

O.K. America what are your thoughts? I have given you mine, and I truly believe that the President is guilty of treason. I believe so because of just what I have listed here and I did not even do the complete list. I did not go into the hundred million dollars he received from the Unions to run his election, I did not list quite a few other things that no President in our history has dared to do. It is defending our homeland you know! Do not give me the " well Ken he did send a couple of hundred folks down there". No, I am talking about a couple of thousand armed troops with 50 caliber machine guns and truly protecting our borders. I am talking about putting up signs along the border that says " TRESPASSERS WILL BE SHOT ON SIGHT".  I am talking about getting serious about this and stop screwing around with our national security.
